EXCEPTIONAL Metals manufactures a wide variety of innovative products using vinyl-coated metal. The same vinyl film used in the Duro-Last® roofing membrane is permanently bonded to 24-gauge steel. A membrane skirt is attached to the unique vinyl-coated metal products, enabling contractors to use familiar installation techniques to attach the complete vinyl-coated products to the installed Duro-Last membrane on the rooftop.
Vinyl-coated products save time by allowing easy installation between challenging areas and roof decks or transition areas. Products are can be custom fabricated to meet specific project challenges, eliminating waste and the need to stock costly metal or vinyl products.
