Warranty Information
The following warranties are applicable, depending on the combination of the substrate metal your standing seam panels are made from and the finish that is applied:
- 35 Year Non Pro-rated Kynar® Paint Warranty with a 20 year Galvalume® Substrate Warranty
- 35 Year Non Pro-rated Kynar® Paint and 25 year Aluminum Substrate Warranty
- 25 Year Non Pro-rated Galvalume® Plus (Acrylic Coated Galvalume®) Warranty

Please contact your EXCEPTIONAL Metals representative when installing our products in salt environments. For our Galvalume warranty to be effective in salt environments or in proximity to bodies of salt water, the following criteria must be met:
- When the installation is near a coastline with surf, the distance from the coastline must be a minimum of 2,800 feet.
- When the installation is near a large bay, the distance from the bay shore must be a minimum of 1,200 feet.
